That condition matters, so we say it every time. The build only moves as fast as your content arrives. Here’s exactly what we need and when.

01
A fifteen-minute call
What you do, where you work, who you're trying to reach and what you want the site to achieve. We'll recommend a plan and tell you plainly if we think a cheaper one will do. If we're not right for you, we'll say so.
02
You sign up and pay the first month
No setup fee. Your first month is payable in advance by Direct Debit, and that's the point work starts. You'll get a short form asking for everything in step three.
03
You send us your bits
Your services, the areas you cover, a few photos of real work, your logo if you have one, your opening hours and contact details, and any existing domain details. This is the step that decides whether seven days is realistic.
04
We design and build
Nadia sets the design, Haseeb builds it. We write the words if you'd rather not, based on what you've told us. You see it on a private link before anyone else does.
05
You review it
Tell us what to change. We adjust. Nothing goes live until you're happy, and work is treated as accepted if we don't hear from you within ten working days.
06
We put it live
Domain, SSL, email, Google Business Profile if that's part of your plan, and search console set up so we can see how it's doing.
07
Then we look after it
Hosting, security, software updates and weekly backups. Email us when something needs changing and we'll do it within your plan's turnaround.
Your services in your own words. A voice note is fine if writing isn’t your thing.
The towns and villages you cover. This is what gets you found locally.
Phone photos beat stock images every time. Ten good ones is plenty.
Phone, email, hours, and your company number if you’re a limited company.
A logo, a domain, an old website, reviews people have left you.
Spread across the week, mostly reviewing. We do the rest.
If we haven’t heard from you within three weeks of your order, we may close the project. We’ll always contact you first, and we’d much rather get it finished.
That’s the whole reason we charge monthly rather than once. Things break, software needs updating, and your business changes.
There’s a twelve-month minimum term, so if you leave part way through, the remaining months are payable. At the end of a term you can stop with 30 days’ notice and owe nothing further. If a payment fails we’ll get in touch, and there’s a £30 admin fee. If it’s still outstanding after seven days we may take the site offline until it’s sorted.
Not while you’re subscribing. Your payments count towards owning it, and after twelve months you can take ownership for £250 on Standard. It gets cheaper the longer you stay: £125 at two years, £100 at three, and it never goes below that. You get the domain and a standard WordPress export, and you can take it to any host or agency you like.
No. Owner Care is £35 a month on Standard and keeps everything running: hosting, SSL, security, updates, weekly backups, your content change each month and the same support. No minimum term, 30 days’ notice, and if you do go we’ll give you an export and help you move at no charge.
Yes, once we’ve got everything we need from you. That’s your content, images, access details and approval at each stage. The build only moves as fast as the content arrives, and we’ll tell you plainly if something is holding it up.
There isn’t a hidden one, but there are things worth knowing before you sign: the twelve-month term, the 5% increase at renewal, and the fact that the site comes offline if you leave without buying it. All of that is on this page and in our terms rather than in the small print.
Nobody can promise that, and we won’t. What we do is build the site so it can be found: proper structure, fast pages, your business details consistent everywhere, and your Google Business Profile set up properly. From Professional upwards we also prepare the site so AI assistants can read and quote your business accurately.
Haseeb builds it, Nadia leads the design and brand, and Mal looks after you. Three people in Wiltshire, not a queue and not a content generator. You’ll know who you’re speaking to.
Fifteen minutes, no pressure, and we’ll tell you straight if we’re not the right fit for what you need.
