These Terms and Conditions are between Near Me Searches UK Limited trading as Ignyte, registered in England and Wales under company number 15965829, whose registered office is at Innovation House, 11 North Street, Pewsey, Wiltshire, SN9 5ES (“Ignyte”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the person or business named on the Order (“the Client”, “you”, “your”).

They apply to the provision of managed website subscriptions, website design, branding, search and marketing services (together, “the Services”).
